One wee step after the other

Apologies it's another boot blip!

However whilst they're wet, at least they're clean (unlike yesterday!) and I felt they were the best place to showcase the fab badge that Isobel gave me (via Stephen) yesterday.

I will take it with me and keep on repeating it to myself until I get to the end!

And the best news today - no soreness and stiffness! Result!
