Perfect timing for our first visitor to Montagnes Danna : in the form of Dan's baby sister [as in, a few years younger than he]. She wracked in late last night when we were an exhausted drivelling wreck [although similarly elated after watching the most excellent Inglourious Basterds; a stand up + applaud sort of movie in my opinion], and as we were neither really awake enough to structure sentences of any worth, we made up for it today by funning it up to full floundering effect. For the first time since arriving, we were able to hang up our skis + jump on a bus into town for some proper après-ski action, full in the knowledge that a long spontaneous free flowing promise of an evening lay ahead. Winding our way to different joints + introducing Jess to our small, but splendid cluster of mountain buds saw us through to the early hours, where we winded up at our gaff dancing around to boomty beats.

Picture of the day is of an undeniably delectable door complete with donkeys a n d squirrels. We wondered if this wasn't the most perfect door we'd ever seen, but then we walked on into the snowy night.
