He orders all the items that the shop require, sends out the invoices and pays the wages, goes to the bank and most importantly makes the tea. "Good Morning Heather" says Iain " What do you think of our establisahment? "Good Morning Iain, I think it is just wonderful - I am so interested in seeing behind the scenes today." replies Heather "We are a happy bunch here" David says "but Mrs Grant is very strict about quality" "Of coarse, I understand that she has a very good reputation." agrees Heather.
David thinks it is now time for Heather to speak to Mrs Grant. "Good Luck from me Heather!" he says. "Lets go back downstairs."
