One for the boys. We all know ALL men and boys love garages and sheds just as ALL women love shoes and shopping, right?

(said she sitting in bare feet hoping she doesn't have to go shopping again in a while)

Joel (the nearly 15-year-old) is a tinkery shed-y garage-y type but his Dad's not. Richard would rather go surfing, or ummm... go surfing or watch surfing.

Me - I try to avoid anything beginning with 'sh' That includes surfing - especially the way Sean Connery says it.

And some days I even deliberately avoid making sense just because I feel like it.

I hate things being too obvious.
I also hate people asking me what I mean when I write a story. Especially those kind of questions that suggest they want every detail spelled out so they don't have to think for themselves. How boring...
