It's cold!
Today we had ice rain - rain that froze on ipact wth surfaces. I can see why it caused so many accidents too. As I set off for work the ran started and because the car was still cold the rain froze. had to wait for the car to warm up before I coud cear the screen to drive to wor
And so to tonight's run 10 mies around ytham and St Annes And it was COLD! But it's so much easier with company so thank you Liz and Richard for making me go that far.
But you can't go out in this weather without the right gear. And this ten year old hat does the job very well. The gloves aren't as old because I keep losing gloves :)
