Not impressed.

This is poor Erins face after her birthday present stopped working. Jacks had done the same and we had tears from him. Thanks for that Mr T!!! So disappointed for them and angry that both quads are faulty.
I fired off a very angry email to tesco tonight and have to add that I am very impressed by their customer service. We were phoned within an hour of sending it and although I was out, Darren went through things with her and they are going to phone me again tomorrow to decide what I want done. It is replacement but with what as the quads we bought are discontinued. Faulty line maybe?
