Yummy...........cakes

I went to look after Sophie today as even though she is a lot better she is still not well enough to go to nursery.

She was resting in her parents double bed watching Peppa Pig most of the time, but every so often she wanted to come downstairs for about half an hour until she wilted.

On one of these occasions she announced that she wanted to make cakes, so here is a picture of them just about to go into the oven, with the most important part, the bowl ready to lick out. She hasn't wanted to eat much while she has been ill, but the cake mixture was no problem!

I would have liked to take a photo of her with the cooked cakes with pink icing and sugar butterfly shapes on top, but she said No. Time to go and watch some more of Peppa Pig.

I am looking after her again tomorrow, as she still won't be well enough to do a whole day at nursery. I do like being a Granny though xx
