Bay Tree Tea Rooms
On a wet and miserable Saturday in Hampshire, we ventured out to the village of Wickham, where we had brunch in The Square at the Bay Tree Tea Rooms within Bay Tree Walk, which contains some very interesting quaint shops. A real oldy worldy type of place and much more peaceful than the hustle and bustle of town on a Saturday (which we usually try to avoid if we can).
After our food, washed down with a very decent cuppa, we picked up a couple of home-made scones (everything is locally sourced and home-made) to have with our cuppa this afternoon.
We came home and have spent the afternoon resting and pottering about slowly as we have both had a long, tiring week and my hubby now has the cold that I started about 3 weeks ago, and still hasn't properly left! I have told it not to hang around much longer, as i am fed up with it now.
Hope you have a good weekend xx
