Papa Loca Cook

We once again took friends to experience the amazing Papa Loca, one of our favorite restaurants in Zihuatanejo. The "Crazy Potato" must sell hundreds of their baked potato concoctions each night. This man is the person responsible for every delicious potato dinner (though I don't know how he does it with his eyes closed) that comes from the open air kitchen to the open air tables arranged next to the street. Every person we have taken to Papa Loca has fallen in love with the place, the food, and the very busy waitstaff.
