Flying to the USA

Our idyllic life on the beaches of Mexico is to be briefly interrupted for the next week as we visit Las Vegas with our now 21 year-old daughter to celebrate her birthday (fortunately our daughter-in-law & my sister and her husband are joining us as well to share the late night duties). It can be tough to get good photos during travel days. Airports aren't great subjects and there always seems to be some pesky official around when a good photo does present itself. As we turned onto our final approach at LAX, the setting sun finally bailed me out and the person in the window seat allowed me to get one shot before she went back to blocking the view.
