They say it doesn't get any easier...

Tonight after work I decided to go on an old faithful running route. A 5k round Arthur's Seat. They say it doesn't get any easier...but they're wrong! I'm much fitter than I used to be. That mammoth run up Queens Drive, then further up and round the back was hard. But not as bad as I had remembered. Of course running into the wind didn't help! I even ran a bit further when I'd finished the loop.

This is the view from the back of Arthur's Seat. I thought it pictured the run pretty well!

When I got back and looked at my running app, I noticed that my pace has picked up too. Brilliant!
