That certain smile

This lady had become severely depressed after her illness and was dreadfully missing her black lab, unfortunately I can't stretch Roo to the size of her dog but to see this lady smile and chat away after many weeks still gives me that buzz that only Roo can do.

16 days until his big crufts appearance, I'm hoping he will win the title of therapy dog of the year not just for myself but for all the people he makes smile.
