Bride

This doll was given to me when I attended my son's wedding. He married a delightful little japanese girl named 'Rieko' who wore a traditional Kimono wedding outfit like this one. My son wore the men's traditional clothes and they married in the famous shrine in Tokyo. Most of the guests came in wonderful silk embroidered Kimonos. We then were taken in rickshaws to the river boat and sailed down to Tokyo Bay to have lunch in a resturant on top of a skyscraper hotel overlooking the bay. A wonderful day with Rieko's happy family.
