A welcome view..

looks like spring is bubbling just around the corner

I stopped on the way home to take this..
it was just one of those~what a beautiful country we live in~moments!

the weather has been lovely today, even tho it was a foggy dull start, the sun came out with gusto this afternoon..

Busy day at the spoon..

Made salted caramel for the first time today..
beurre noisette time...gosh its a steep learning curve, but im loving the challenge..

Looking forward to the weekend though...
