... old farm building on the estate.

I like old buildings, walls, stonework. This is the rear view of one of many old houses on the estate.

I think people generally give old buildings the respect they deserve now. In the past we were guilty of demolishing them in the name of progress or adding on out of character extensions. Planners have a lot to answer for.

How anyone could add this concrete extension (right of shot) and think it was acceptable is beyond me.
