Running again!

It was a very sunny afternoon and I did not wait till the evening to go running again with the running club (all two of them) but decided instead to go while it was still light and also i would like to be in better form before I join them again.

It was the right decision, the fading sun on the gorse just looked wonderful and I enjoyed the view from the top of Blackford Hill. And although I was not particularly fast it felt good to be running again and not to stop prematurely.

I shall hopefully be able to join the club sooner rather than later. I will also go to one of the "Run in the Park" events soon. To test my ability and to prove myself and others that I can do this.
