serenity?

The lake at Blenheim looked very serene today, so blue in the sunshine. But just out of shot the geese are busy showing off to one another to choose a mate, and making a lot of noise about it.
the grounds were quiet today - a few walkers, some tourists and me and the kind friend who drove me over for my constitutional (and never complained about the slow pace of my walking). With views like this to enjoy in warm sunshine it is much easier to feel sensible about the pace of recovery and allow myself some time to, well, be serene!
