Messing around on the River

Frog spawn around this area is zero! I've been all over the place over the past few days and not a sign of a frog or toad having done it's business! When reports are coming from Scotland of the ponds brimming over with the stuff I would have thought that love would be on the cards around here.

Today I made a trip down to the wet lands at Shalford. There are plenty of boggy spots by the riverside. Failed to find spawn again, but found these coo's. Great find so far from Scotland. It would seem our national cow is becoming far more popular down here.

It turned out to be a beautiful day. It's not too cloudy now. If reports are true, we could get a glimpse of the northern lights even as far south as Surrey.
