Day 7. Parang La

Another hard day today. Climbing is much harder at 5000m (obviously) and I think we all expected it to at least be easy after reaching the pass. However two hours of ascent to Parang La, two hours of trekking over a glacier and then another three walking down the moraine was no walk in the park, we were all pretty tired at the end.

I tied some prayer flags on at the pass - every time the wind blows and the flags flutter a prayer is sent upwards.
