....I need hot stuff......

Today I have mostly been in pain.

A few months ago I injured my back getting something into the boot of the S & H's car.

Last night my back was bit sore after five hours of handling 11 metres of fishing pole.

This morning as I bent to tie my shoes I felt something tear in my lower left back.

I went to work.

I have shuffled round like a 90 year old all day...full day's teaching......the painkillers didn't touch it....but they did make me sleepy.

Came straight home, driving was agony...but more alarmingly there were a couple of blank spots...when I thought, "how did I get here?"...."were all those traffic lights really on green?"

Texted the Daughter to bring some of these home....and went for a sleep.

Put on one of these about 7.00...it's nice and warm...but I'm not sure how much relief it's providing. Have found and taken the strongest painkillers I can....light headed and slightly nauseous now.

Bed I think...let's see what tomorrow brings.
