Didn't make it to work today...got up and couldn't move.

Eventually managed to shuffle downstairs on my bum.

Spent the day alternating ice and heat on my back.....and juggling ibuprofen and paracetemol to get the mix right for pain relief.

Think I'll go back to work tomorrow (Weds).............it's so boring sitting/lying/shuffling around here.

A few days ago a gang of blokes turned up and "trimmed" some trees over the road from our garden.

We'll get more Sun in the garden for longer now....but I can't help thinking the "trim" was a bit savage.
