A Job Well Done

This morning at sunrise we completed the anchor handling operations for the Hermod. All anchors were safely retrieved during the night and on this picture you can see the A/B's on duty clearing the deck and make ready for towing. Shortly afterwards we connected our tow wire to the main bridle and left for the next location and job. Tug Blizzard is also connected, so the Hermod will be towed in tandem. Speed right now is 5,7 knots. ETA (Estimated time of arrival and not expected time of arrival!) is August 31 very early. On the picture you can also see the abandoned NW Hutton jacket in the background. A navigation beacon and light are installed to warn shipping. This picture shows exactly what I wrote about two days ago. The yellow and red paint. See for yourself. With a red sky during sunrise, what do you think is more visible; the yellow-black striping or the signal red inner bulwark?
