Another full day at work....another dollop of extra work......because someone changed something but neglected to pass on the information....a task that had to be done....but because of the change....major rectification was needed......almost 2 hours to change what had been finished so that it fitted the new regime.

Dontcha just love it when someone's bright idea makes extra work?
