Blooming Backyard

I arrived home this afternoon and took the usual couple of laps around the pool with the pooches. For some reason they get a real kick out of walking around it with me. Several spots of the yard are blooming and the fragrance is lovely. This is just one angle of "bloom." It's not exotic, romantic, fantastic, or anything spectacular; it's just a once-a-year view in our backyard and it seemed appropriate to capture it; however, the sun was just a bit too apparent.

I've arrived home with scads of papers to grade, so I won't linger long to breathe the sweet fragrance.
