199 Steps

Whitby was order of the day today. Our friends joined us on our jaunt over there, and we walked all over. We went on the beach, we went up the cliff, we went to an arcade, we went out to the lighthouse, and we went up to the Abbey.

Our 2 year old friend's legs stood up to the demands of the day without any complaints, unlike other members of our party. 199 stairs up to the Abbey, and back down again. This was our 2 year old on the descent. He still looks like he has fuel in the tank.

I heart Whitby, even when it is all bleak and foggy like today has mostly been. Maybe even especially then.
