Steering Wheels. Never Throw Anything Away

Went to the preview of an auction today, a treasure trove of motoring memorabilia. Modern Motoring, an art deco looking garage is in Preston, Paignton, and has traded for 48 years specialising in classic sports cars. During that time they have never thrown anything away in case it proved useful. There were 1500 lots of car parts, signs, model cars, petrolania, body panels, MGB accessories, radios, spot lamps, and classic cars. I only went out of curiosity and for a photo so I felt a bit of a fraud among all the enthusiasts who were having such a fine day out. It was a retirement sale and there will be another one in April, as there is so much stuff. Filling up your garage and never throwing anything away in case it comes in handy can be a good thing judging by the prices some of these items are expected to make.
