Mossley Tea
Really good day today, I wasn't expecting to have the girls here very much but circumstances meant they were home this afternoon.
After a blissful lie in, the sun was shining so I went for a walk to dig for old bottles - and I got a good stash.
This afternoon I made a start on the bit of garden I have, pulled out loads of ivy and sorted out the lights.
After six months in the house I found the washing line! RESULT
Got a really giddy feeling when I realised that I sign up for a whole year (this time) in the house this week.
Me and the girls settled. THIS.
We love it so much...and I wish it was mine. Or that it was in my ability to buy it.
Nice evening, tired phone call that made my heart jump and ache in equal measure.
Blip story...
Because the place where I pick the old bottles up has so many.. I only collect unbroken glass or pots.
But, I couldn't leave this behind. Broken as it is.
A teapot once gifted.. sent to the incinerator years and years ago.
That was then sent to land fill, that as the decades passed has been returned to nature.
