In Photoshop We Trust
Well today it was great to be A Tiny Tussock riding high on R's pack as the crowds (3000) were amazing. The conference started with a Keynote address, unlike any Keynote address that you have ever seen before. The theme was the American Election Primaries and we were treated to sham advertisements, "live" news reports and "political" presentations which had us rolling in the aisles. All featuring a Photoshop theme This including a presentation from "Sarah Palin" which looked and sounded like the real thing. Fantastic fun at a level you would never see in N.Z. and a very competent parody of the US political system by Americans. Followed by real presentations from Adobe it was a great morning. The afternoon featured the numerous trade displays covering every aspect of photography with ton of freebies. R won a great book on Night Photography and everyone was exhausted by the end of the day. Tomorrow will be worse with a very early start to get tickets to an event called "Midnight Madness" (only 200 given out ) for this free event.
Are we having fun....YES!
Oh yes and "R's" credit card got a hit too. "A" got a coffee cup. Hmmmmm?
There may be repercussions but as a Tiny Dog what would I know?
Oh The guy on the podium in Scott Kelby of general Photography fame for his activities with book publishing, Napp (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) President and head of Kelby Trainng a major player in this field.
