Late Bloomer

I found this Hydrangea flower at the bottom of the bush. While the other flowers on the bush are almost done it has not yet fully opened.

We had another fine warm day, after another mild night. My favourite weather. The trouble is that it leads me to overdo things outside, and now I'm feeling a bit of a wreck.

Thanks to the mild weather I have a small handful of dwarf beans for my dinner. They are the first, and probably the last, of the season. I think last week's runner beans will be the lot too.
