Mean Green Juice

Today I took a trip to Trader Joes and got a cart full of veggies/fruit. Set up my brand new juicer and went to work. I'm in very poor health lately and am determined to start to feel better. I used the recipe for the Mean Green Juice from Joe Cross film 'Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead' film. As gross as the picture look, it was actually drinkable:

4 Celery Stalks
2 Green Apples
1/2 Lemon
1 piece of ginger
