Back to the garden

I spent a long time yesterday planning my garden and ordering seeds and plants to go in it. Excited about moving forward, I took advantage of a dry day to head out in to my garden and continue with the ground clearing. Unfortunately E was out so I couldn't access the big tools. Instead I made a viscous attack on the weeds that had come up in the already cleared ground. A couple of hours of hand weeding and forking over. A carrier bag's worth of stones lifted out from just the top 2" of soil and the bed was looking much nicer.
