Even though it's generally bright and sunny, it's absolutely freezing. And windy, which is OK during the day when there's things to be done but cooking and just generally sitting about are a bit on the uncomfortable side. Just no fun so we're bailing out and heading for Inverness and a bit of Laterooms four-star comfort. No sense persevering with it but no real rush to get home so this is a last wee wander along the beach before getting in the cars to head down the road to clean beds, swimming pools, hot showers and a bar.
