Typical, April showers on a bank holiday

All it has done today is rain. At least the weather has got back to normality from heat waves and snow showers in march. Now we are back with showers in April. Who says there is global weirding going on at present.

Today I've been a bit more practical, ironing, cleaning, getting petrol, cooking and a big shop. I decided to buy healthy food today (pic) as I've abused my body for the last month.

I also waited for a brief break in the rain showers to go for a run down the canal. What I did find out on my run the last couple of big weekends drinking has taken its toll on my body and it absolutly killed me. When I got back I had a long soak in the bath.
