Water

Very much the theme of the day. This morning, while the boys and Mr DawnC went for a wet walk over Blackdown followed by brunch at the football coach's house, I went for a wet walk with the dogs. I then went to a friend's house to collect these fish, who we are re-homing as their owner is moving away. They had a very sloshy journey in the boot of my car but seem to have survived it intact. There are nine fish in total and the boys are giving them names. The little black fish on the left of the tank has been named Bennet, after our German visitor who returns home tomorrow (he chose the fish).

The other wet thing I've done today is stand outside all afternoon watching the Haslemere (England) vs Suderburg (Germany) football tournament. It was cold and wet, Suderburg had a clean sweep, but it was a lot of fun with a great bunch of people.
