I went swimming this evening. Whilst avoiding the annoying people who get into a swimming pool and just stand in the water along the wall (don't even get me started on those who get in the pool in full make up), I managed 64 lengths of breaststroke in the 25m pool in 57 minutes 13 seconds.

Not the worlds fastest time, but it'll do me.
