The Tie's The Limit

Funny how a three foot length of fabric in the shape of a slim kipper can attract so much interest.

I don't wear ties. I did today. There was a reason. There's a reason for everything. Several people commented. One person stopped and adjusted it. It came on for an hour and then it went off. I don't know whether it did it's job, but it doesn't matter. It caused some amusement and it made me smile.

This tie has a history. I wore it when I got married nearly ten years ago. It is probably the only tie I still own, unless there is another stuck down the back of a cupboard somewhere.

I don't wear ties. I did today. Tomorrow things will be back to normal.

Whatever that is.
