from where I am today

1/2 a pub

This pub is located on George Street and I suppose you could call this the back door,it is of course The Dome.

I have given this the title "1/2 a pub" because this group of pubs is about Rose Street, but as you can enter this "garden bar" from Rose Street I thought I'd better include it.

Formally the headquarters of The National Commercial bank of Scotland until they merged with The Royal Bank of Scotland in 1969, it then was just another branch of RBS.

Designed by David Rhind and built in 1847.
