Pub No 2 1/2

At first I thought this was another 1/2 pub because Milnes Bar is in Hanover Street, which is as the locals know is only a few yards away. Going inside I found it was not connected and therefore a pub on its own. As I said I ventured in for a drink and maybe to ask how long it had been Milnes Bar. I stood waiting for about 5 minutes at the bar without even seeing a barman/woman. I left without information - or a drink!!!!!!

I think it was once called "The Rose Street Brewhouse". Correct me if I am wrong please.
