Day 1

Day 1 of our 3 day cycle. Took car to Balinluig where we got permission to leave car beside the garage. Got luggage on bikes and after cycling to get used to the different balance of the bike set off on the cycle track to Dunkeld.

It was cold but quite sunny. After Dunkeld headed up hills to Blairgowrie, then long hill out of B. and downhill to Bridge of Cally where we turned off and headed up to Kirkmichael. We stopped at the community cafe (also garage and shop) for lunch. Then headed over the moors and final downhill to Pitlochry - 70km.

For some reason this photo has come up with the wrong date and should be Saturday 5th. But have managed to back blip Sunday and Monday's ok. But it doesn't make sense as Sunday is Day 2, Monday Day 3 and Tuesday Day1!
