Late to bed

Another early start for me. I can't believe how early I get up these days. I used to scoff at my Dad when he used to tell me that the morning was the best time of the day and lots could get done. I totally agree now.
I was at work by 7:30 but was back in time to meet daughter #2 from school. In the evening, I went to school for the 'year 6 PGL trip' meeting which will take place in June.
Daughter #1 doesn't need to be at school tomorrow until 11am so she didn't see why she had to go to bed at her normal time. She insisted that she could have a lie-in in the morning. Hubby was at work until quite late so I let her stay for a while and watch 'yet another' episode of Britain's got talent.
