A Scolding

You can't see her in the picture...but Mother Goose is just out of the picture doing some barking.

"DON'T YOU REMEMBER ME TALKING ABOUT "STRANGER DANGER"? WHEN I GIVE YOU THE HONK...I NEED YOU TO SCURRY OVER TO ME, AND GET BETWEEN MY LEGS!!!"

She took a deep breath...both to settle down, and try to regain her composure.

"Gary (in the foreground)...you did a wonderful job. Thanks for listening, son. But...Gertrude and Gretchen...what were you thinking? You should be hanging your heads! Do you think I'm honking so I can hear myself honk? Heating up again. "WHEN I GIVE THE DANGER HONK...YOU GET YOUR LITTLE WEBS OVER HERE!" End of lesson. Mama knows best.

On my flickr page...I put some pictures of a duckling group. I watched them for 30 minutes. Not a mom or dad in sight. I saw a grown male attack one of the six, and try to drown the duckling. The little one escaped, but that's a tough road to travel without a parent. I wish Mother Goose would step in, and take over the discipline duties.

Put it in LARGE to see Gary the gosling, and how proud he is. "Shame on you 2 girls, though!"
