Thursday: Christmas Veg

I promise that normal service will resume but the last few days have been all about the food.  I forgot to tell you that K.'s luggage arrived safely yesterday (thank you for your concern) and that the sausages and bacon appeared to be in tact.  At least, we have eaten several rashers and sausages and are still hale and hearty.

We have had a most relaxed day, culminating in a splendid Christmas dinner this afternoon.  The rest of the day was spent feeling like a very large butterball.........
