Aussie Christmas Pudding!!

When the temperature is climbing up close to 100 degrees I'm afraid the good old traditional pudding is not an option in OZ.  Today we opted for the always wonderful Pavlova and my version of a Christmas Pudding - An Ice-cream Cake.  

I hope all my blipper mates have a fantastic day.  I have to go to bed for a nap now, its tradition (even though it's only 3.00 pm in the afternoon)
