End of year race

Today was the last race of the year and good preparation for next years marathon with a 10 mile sprint round the beautiful countryside of Hertfordshire. It's a tough course with the hills made doubly tricky with the ice but a PB was in order with a time of 68 minutes and 53rd position out of +500

Not a bad medal but this was an emergency blip it must be said
