Walkies and treasure hunts

It's not often but today was one of those days where it's taken a while to choose which photo to use. That rarely happens and being off work and more importantly taking the wee niece and nephew round our favourite lake at Virgina Waters does that. We love it there and the four of us, with a scooter and a mini bike in tow, braved the freezing conditions mid morning for a good old walk. Yesterday I ran 10 miles in less than 70 mintues - today I walked 5 miles in over two & a half hours though that did include some Geocaching (found a great one) and having a three year old around my neck for a large amount of the time.

I caught this photo as the two youngsters pelted down a hill and both came off their mode of transport at a pace down the bottom. That's how important Blip is....
