Sign of the times

I suppose it is a sign of the times; or maybe it's creating unnecessary panic...

Anyway, these hesian bags are being sold in a local DIY store as sand bags (sand not included).

The gentleman in front of me was buying a lot, commenting that they are ideal for protecting plants from frost.

I think this is a much more positive use for them and bought some to protect our own plants.

In the Spring they will be equally useful for potting up our pond plants.
