On route to hospital for another ECT.

It's been a horrible day in here. A lot of new faces. I have felt uneasy and on edge all day and have self harmed.
A bit earlier on the girl in the next bed to me tried to strangle herself, thankfully a nurse came in on time.
I need to get out of here. It's too scary.
