A Walk In The Park

Is there anything smugger than those who not only wake up without a hangover, but also go out for an early morning walk to shake off the cobwebs on New Years Day?

This morning we were joined in the park by one solitary dog walker and a man taking Christmas trees from the recycling pile in the car park. Does it count as stealing, I wonder, if you take something that someone else has left to recycle, or is it just a different way of recycling?

The smugs did about 5 miles before heading home.
