Weigh to go

The diet started today!

I've decided to mix things up a little though and combine the 5:2 diet with slimming world recipes on the 'normal' days.

Today I had a 500 calorie day, with just fruit for snacks; it made sense as I felt full for most of the day from all the crap I ate over weekend.

By the time I got home from work though I was starving.
I made squirrel food a veg stir fry, with salmon for me, and the same plus pasta for Mr A. It was yummy!

Hopefully, I can get things off to a good start; especially since Laura & Steve are away now for two weeks, so no Friday night takeaways to tempt me.......just everything else!
