January Challenge Week 1

An early start to Morrisons this morning with my friend Jan.  Weather was wild and windy and I was tempted to stay indoors after I got back with the shopping.  However I made the effort to go out to the doctors to pick up the print out of my X Ray results.

Had to Google most of the medical terms ( Severe degenerative change at the lumbosacral junction &  Osteitis codensans ilii  for example) and now I think I have a bit more of an idea of what its all about.

While I was Googling I searched for images and my blip is one of them.  I think it fits with today's challenge word - SPIKY. (  Its a curved spine - just like mine.)
